Most groups collect companies. We run ours.
BY GROUP was built the unfashionable way: one company at a time, operated by the people who own it. No borrowed model, no shortcuts.
Today the group spans five companies across brands, property and services — each run day-to-day by its partners, each built to be kept, not sold.

Amounts in DKK, from each company's own filing with the Danish Business Authority. Both charts share one scale, so a bar in one is directly comparable to a bar in the other.“Combined” is a sum of the six filings, not consolidated accounts. It is sound for profit: the parent carries its shares in the subsidiaries at cost and books no share of their results, so no krone of profit is counted twice. It is not sound for the balance sheet, where the parent's receivable from the group is the same money as a subsidiary's payable to it — so DKK 5.6mof intra-group balances and shareholdings are removed from the asset figure. Joint ventures are still included in full rather than at the group's share, and trade between the companies is not eliminated.

Ludvig Boas registers his first company — a one-person design studio. The group’s roots are in doing the work yourself.

Sense Organics
The first operating company at scale: consumer brands and distribution, grown to 17 employees by 2025.

The holding
Boas & Yousif Holding ApS is founded in July — the structure that lets the group build for the long term. MODO Partners follows the same day.
2024
Into property
BY Apartments begins acquiring and operating residential real estate in Copenhagen. Send N Hent opens on Østerbro in September.
2025
Property services
BY Administration launches, managing rental property for external owners the way the group runs its own.

One group

Every company in the group is run day-to-day by the people who own it. We don’t hold positions — we hold responsibility.
Long term by default.
We build companies to keep them. Property is held and improved, not flipped. Brands are grown, not dressed for sale.

The numbers on this site come from public filings — nothing polished, nothing invented. What the register can confirm, we say. The rest, we’d rather show you in person.
